I believe healing happens through connection with ourselves, with others, and with the parts we carry quietly. As a deep feeler and compassionate observer, I hold space with warmth and presence while welcoming the fullness of your experience, the messiness, the meaning, and the gentle return to self.

Many of the people I work with are sensitive, thoughtful, and outwardly strong. Inside, they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You might be navigating burnout, struggling with thoughts and feelings around your body image, or yearning to feel more at home with who you are. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, caregivers, and heart-led entrepreneurs who want to rebuild self-trust, soften inner criticism, and reconnect with a steadier, more embodied sense of self.

Our work together is gentle and intentional. We’ll explore what’s present with compassion, shift old patterns, and support your nervous system in feeling more resilient. I bring a holistic, integrative lens that honours all parts of you, blending present-moment awareness with an understanding of how past experiences and attachment patterns may still shape how you move through the world.

Rooted in trauma-informed care and relational depth, my approach uses EMDR for trauma healing, ACT to build inner flexibility, and parts work with self-compassion to help you meet your inner being with tenderness and clarity. With a background in yoga, I also weave in somatic tools and polyvagal-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing.

I also support couples in deepening emotional connection, moving through conflict with greater attunement, and navigating life transitions as a team.

Whether you’re working through anxiety, burnout, body-based distress, or a longing to feel more grounded and whole, there is space here for your story. If you’re ready to come home to yourself, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

Training and Education

I hold an undergraduate honours degree in Inclusive and Therapeutic Recreation from Brock University, a Bachelor of Education from York University, and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and have pursued additional training in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, 500-hour yoga teacher training, Level 1 Gottman Method, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I’m currently deepening my skills through training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a practical, evidence-based approach I integrate with relational care that honours the deep connection between rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing.

My work in private practice is grounded in presence, compassion, and meaningful, sustainable growth.

My History

I grew up in a small town in Ontario where I learned the value of community, presence, and connection. My journey eventually brought me to Alberta, first to Okotoks, then Calgary, and now Edmonton, where I’ve built a life and practice rooted in relationship, rhythm, and intention. These transitions have taught me to stay open to the unfolding of life, which informs the way I walk alongside others through their own inner-transformation.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nine years as an educator, a role that shaped my passion for supporting caregivers, helpers, and those who often carry a lot quietly. I specialize in guiding clients through anxiety, burnout, and the tender work of rebuilding self-worth after chronic stress. My work is rooted in nervous system awareness, belief re-patterning, and the slow return to self.

Outside the therapy space, I’m grounded by rituals that nourish my body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is my daily meditation, and I also love boxing, reading, experimenting with recipes, and savouring a perfectly brewed coffee. I enjoy spending time in nature, whether through hiking adventures or lake days. I love travelling, and I carry that sense of curiosity and reverence into the work I do.
