It should be mentioned that the study specifically linked the quality of relationships outside of home (such as friends and community).

#1 is definitely finding a village of care for your child (to support date nights, individual mental health, item #3 on this list)

#2 couples counselling is an intentional place to build skills and strategies

#3 taking on hobbies and interests that you can SHARE together (that don't involve the children)
