Relationship Counselling

Every relationship faces challenges—whether it’s communication breakdown, trust issues, conflict, or emotional distance. Our relationship counselling offers a supportive, neutral space for couples and individuals to explore their concerns, improve communication, and rebuild connection.

Areas of focus that fall under the booking umbrella of Relationship counselling include the following:

A Note on Attendance

Relationship counselling is most effective when all partners are actively involved, as the process is designed to support the relationship as a whole. For this reason, all parties are expected to attend each session together—unless the therapist specifically recommends individual sessions as part of the therapeutic process (such as in the Gottman Method or similar structured approaches).

If your partner is currently unwilling or unsure about attending, we encourage you to begin with individual counselling. This can provide a space to explore your concerns, clarify your goals, and receive support while navigating the challenges of an unengaged or hesitant partner.
