First Responder/Military & Veteran Counselling

First Responder, Military, and Veteran Counselling is specialized support designed for individuals who serve or have served in high-stress, high-risk professions—such as police officers, firefighters, paramedics, military personnel, and veterans.

This form of counselling recognizes the unique mental health challenges that can arise from exposure to trauma, chronic stress, life-threatening situations, and intense responsibility.
