Youth Counselling
Youth counselling provides support to children and teenagers facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. It helps them develop coping skills, build self-esteem, improve communication, and navigate issues like anxiety, bullying, or family changes in a safe, age-appropriate way.

A Note on Attendance
Youth refers to clients ages 12-17. An Parent initial meeting is required prior to booking the youth client their first visit. All returning visits can be booked online as a returning client. 1 guardian is required to attend the Parent initial meeting.
We require a signature from both biological parents (or a court order indicating sole custody or guardianship) PRIOR to the youth attending counselling.

ADHD
Counselling for ADHD helps individuals manage symptoms like inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. It often includes behavioral strategies, coping skills, emotional support, and psychoeducation to improve daily functioning and self-esteem.

Childhood Trauma
Explore physical intimacy and sexual connection in a safe, respectful space. Through guided conversations, couples can explore barriers, improve communication about needs and desires, and work toward a more satisfying and fulfilling intimate relationship

Grief & Loss
Counselling for grief and loss supports individuals coping with the emotional pain of losing someone or something significant. It provides a space to process feelings, understand the grieving process, and find ways to adjust and heal over time.

Anxiety
Counselling for anxiety provides support and strategies to manage excessive worry, fear, or panic. It often includes cognitive-behavioral techniques, relaxation methods, and identifying triggers to reduce symptoms and improve coping.

Depression
