What is Co-parenting Counselling?

Co-parenting counselling is a type of therapy that helps separated or divorced parents work together to raise their children. The goal is to improve communication, reduce conflict, and create a healthy co-parenting relationship for the benefit of the children involved.

Counselling can be a valuable tool for co-parents who are to communicate effectively or manage conflicts related to their children. Through counselling, co-parents can learn new communication skills, develop strategies for resolving conflicts, and gain a better understanding of their children's needs. Additionally, counselling can provide a safe and neutral space for co-parents to work through difficult emotions and build a more positive co-parenting relationship.
