Is counselling covered by my insurance?
Most extended health plans include counselling. Check your plan’s yearly amount and which credentials it covers.
What if my plan doesn't cover my therapist's credential?
Let us know before you book. We have psychologists, counsellors and social workers, so we can usually find a fit your plan covers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card, debit and e-transfers. All payments are due at the time of session.
