ABOUT BROOKE
A space to be
yourself
"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do"
- Brene Brown
Brooke works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, life transitions and the weight of past hurt. She has a particular focus on relational trauma, including betrayal trauma and recovery from narcissistic abuse, and supports both teens and their parents along the way.

Brooke's approach is warm, respectful and non-judgemental, because therapy is never one-size-fits-all. She draws on CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and somatic therapy to help clients notice unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills and set goals together.

Born and raised in Sherwood Park, Brooke knew from a young age that she wanted to become a psychologist. Outside the office, she's a competitive equestrian training her horse for the show ring, a proud dog mom, and a die-hard Oilers fan.

APPROACH
How Brooke works
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, authentic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach grounded in a biopsychosocial perspective that blends evidence-based strategies, somatic awareness, and self-compassion to foster healing and meaningful growth.
