ABOUT AVERY
A space to be
yourself
"Being human is not about being any one particular way; it is about being as life creates you - with your own particular strengths and weaknesses, gifts and challenges, quirks and oddities"
-Kristin Neff
Avery works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, school pressure and the big changes that come with growing up. Avery has extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism, and welcomes clients of all cultures, genders, sexualities and neurotypes.

Sessions with Avery are honest, non-judgmental and built around you. Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, Avery helps clients make sense of what they’re feeling and smooth out some of the bumps along the way.

Avery grew up in Sherwood Park and was a foster sibling to many children, which sparked a lifelong interest in mental health. Outside the office, you’ll find Avery with their dog, on a yoga mat or trying a new recipe, coffee in hand.
