ABOUT STEPHANIE
A space to be
yourself
Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray” - Rumi
Stephanie works with adults, couples and pre-marital clients navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, sleep difficulties, life transitions and relationship stress. She is especially passionate about supporting women, caregivers and heart-led entrepreneurs, and helps couples deepen their connection and handle conflict with more attunement.

Stephanie’s approach is gentle, warm and trauma-informed, looking at both the present moment and the patterns we carry from the past. She draws on EMDR, ACT, parts work, somatic and polyvagal-informed tools and the Gottman Method to help clients rebuild self-trust, soften their inner critic and strengthen nervous system resilience.

Before becoming a therapist, Stephanie spent nine years as an educator. She grew up in a small Ontario town and has called Okotoks and Calgary home along the way. Outside the office, you’ll find her on her yoga mat, boxing, hiking, at the lake or trying a new recipe, coffee in hand.
