QUESTIONS
Couples often ask
Do we both need to attend?
Couples usually attend together. If your partner isn’t ready, starting with individual counselling can still help.
Will the therapist take sides?
No. Your therapist stays neutral and supports both of you and the relationship.
Is it too late for counselling?
It’s never too late to try. If you’re unsure whether to stay together, discernment counselling may be a better fit.
Is couples counselling covered by insurance?
Many plans cover Registered Psychologists and Canadian Certified Counsellors, and we direct bill 26+ insurers. Check your plan for details.
