OUR APPROACH

Real talk, practical tools

Confidential

Teens need a space that's theirs. What they share stays private, except when

safety is at risk.

Practical

Evidence-based tools like CBT and emotion-regulation skills they can use

right away.

Parents in the loop

Parents are kept informed of goals and progress, with strategies to support their

teen at home.

QUESTIONS

Parents often ask

How long is a session?

Sessions are 50 minutes.

Will I know what my teen talks about?

You'll hear about goals and general progress. The details stay between your teen and their therapist, unless there's a safety concern, which is always shared.

What if my teen doesn't want to come?

That's common. Many teens feel more comfortable once they meet their therapist.  A first session is low pressure and focused on getting to know each other.

Is youth counselling covered by insurance?

Many benefit plans cover Registered Psychologists, and we direct bill 26+

insurers. Check your plan for details.
