Reaching 100 blogs is a huge milestone, and today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate! It’s hard to believe that what started as a small idea—offering helpful, insightful, and supportive content about mental health—has now blossomed into a full library of resources. But, here we are, 100 blogs later, feeling both proud of how far we’ve come and excited for what’s next!
Therapy is one of those things that does not lend itself naturally to a visual format. It is, thankfully, one of those things that lends itself well to the written word. And so...instagram has become the vessel from which we share new blog postings and we are so thankful to the community of avid readers who find their way to our website and specifically our blog posts and take the time to engage with our efforts to provide psycho-education.

As a therapy business, our mission has always been to provide support, encouragement, and guidance to those navigating the complex world of mental health. Writing these blogs has been our way of reaching out, of connecting with people who might need that extra nudge of encouragement, or those who are seeking information, understanding, or simply a reminder that they’re not alone. We’re not just about helping people through in-person therapy; we’re about creating a space for anyone to feel seen, heard, and validated.
So, why celebrate this milestone? Let’s dive into what this means for us and our clients—and why it’s important to reflect on the impact we’ve made.
1. A Resource for Mental Health Education
When we first started blogging, our goal was to share knowledge and make mental health topics more accessible. From tips on managing anxiety, to understanding different therapy modalities, to exploring ways of building self-esteem, we’ve covered so much ground. Reaching 100 blogs means we’ve created a comprehensive library of resources, free for anyone who needs them. It’s not just about therapy sessions—it's about giving people the tools they need to take control of their mental health and wellbeing.
2. Breaking the Stigma Around Mental Health
One of the most powerful aspects of blogging is the ability to break down the stigma surrounding mental health. With each post, we’ve aimed to normalize conversations about mental health, making it easier for people to seek help without feeling ashamed. We’ve worked hard to create an environment of openness, where therapy is not seen as a last resort but as a valuable tool for personal growth and healing. Reaching 100 blogs means we’ve been able to reach more people, and that’s something worth celebrating!
3. Building a Community
Our therapy business has always been about connection. And blogging is a great way to build that connection on a larger scale. Each post is an invitation for people to join a community of individuals who care about mental health and wellness. Whether it’s through a comment, a shared experience, or simply reading the blog and feeling like someone else understands, these 100 blogs have helped create a community of support and solidarity. This milestone is a reminder that we’re not just writing to inform—we’re writing to make people feel a little less alone.
4. Sharing Success Stories and Inspiration
Some of our most cherished blogs have come from stories of resilience—stories of clients who have overcome challenges, faced fears, and found healing. These posts have been some of the most impactful, showing that therapy works and that change is possible. As we celebrate 100 blogs, we also celebrate all the small victories—whether it’s a breakthrough moment in a therapy session or a client realizing they’ve grown stronger than they thought. These stories are the heart of what we do, and we’re grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us to share their journeys.
5. Growing and Learning as a Team
Reaching 100 blogs also represents growth—not just for our clients, but for us as a business. Each blog is a reflection of the continuous learning we do to stay on top of the latest mental health trends, research, and therapeutic practices. Writing these blogs has allowed us to refine our voice, become better communicators, and develop a deeper understanding of the diverse needs of our clients. As we look ahead to the next 100 blogs, we’re committed to continuing this learning journey and providing even more valuable content.
6. Giving Back to the Community
A significant part of our mission is to give back to the community. Whether it’s through providing accessible mental health resources, offering tips to parents, or supporting individuals struggling with their mental health, our blogs are our way of making therapy and mental health support more approachable for everyone. Every post is an opportunity to serve others—whether they are current clients, potential clients, or just someone who happened to stumble upon our website.
LOOKING AHEAD: THE NEXT 100
As we celebrate this milestone, we’re already looking ahead to the future. There are so many more topics we want to explore, more conversations to start, and more people to reach. We’re eager to continue expanding our content and diving deeper into areas like self-care, mindfulness, trauma healing, relationships, and more. There are always new ways to improve and share knowledge, and we are excited to keep learning alongside our clients. Blog topics are often focused on themes that we as practitioners recognize both in and out of session. Blog topics can come from misinformation through popular social media sources that we feel the need to speak out on. Blog topics come from pockets of clientele that ask for specific topics. Blog topics also come from personal interest and an area of study or niche of work.
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
We would love to hear from our readers regarding specific topics you would like to see discussed! Our aim in 2025 is to provide more family content, parenting content, ADHD content and Body Issue content. As always, we follow our community and clientele as they lead us to topics that interest us to learn more. If there is a topic that you want to learn more about, please reach out at let us know! You can comment on current blog topics, engage with polling on instagram, or email us at: contact@nestfamilycounselling.com
A HEARTFELT THANK YOU!
None of this would be possible without the support of our incredible community—our clients, our team, and everyone who has read, shared, or commented on our blogs. Thank you for being part of our journey. Your engagement helps us improve and grow, and it reminds us why we do what we do every day.
As we celebrate this milestone, we’re reminded that every post, every story, and every piece of advice shared is part of a larger movement toward mental health awareness, acceptance, and healing. Here’s to the next 100 blogs and beyond, as we continue to create a space for support, education, and growth.
Thank you for being part of our story. As Dr. Frasier Crane would say, Thank you for listening.
